Rocky De Lorenzo brings 30+ years of casino industry experience to every tool CasinoPro Solutions creates. He built his career across three of the most recognized casino properties in the country — the Monte Carlo (now Park MGM) and Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa, Florida.

That floor-level experience is the foundation of everything CasinoPro Solutions builds. When Rocky designs a behavioral assessment, he draws on decades of direct observation — watching dealers who excelled, dealers who struggled, and the precise traits that separated them.
